Gwen owned and operated Gwen's Pretty Petals and Statuary and retired from service at AT&T after 23 years of service. Survived by husband Jerry Sparck, Crescent, IA; sister Beverly Trizila (Denny), Sioux City, IA; children Todd and Maria Sparck, Phoenix, AZ, Kelly Sparck, Wichita, KS; mother-in-law, Ina Leopard, Omaha, NE; sister-in-law, Kay Sparck, Naperville, IL; Preceded in death by parents; father-in-law John Sparck; niece Teresa Forman.

Visitation, 4-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home with family greeting friends from 5-7 pm. Memorials may be given to the family.

Funeral services, 1 pm Thursday May 20, 2010 Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home. Interment Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park.
